- I love exploring culture and community in diverse forms and places. As an avenue for sharing and cultivating this, I created and host a radio program called "Community Grooves", featuring diverse community/arts/cultural events, resources, and guests. Originally, the program aired on KWVA Eugene. Now in Portland, I am hosting/producing similar public service programming on KBOO (one of the oldest community radio stations in the U.S.). The Community Grooves program airs on the 1st Friday of the month and the weekend community calendar (which I produce/narrate), is broadcast on air and online at kboo.fm/communitycalendar.
